Airhouse Order Delay

By default, there is a 5 minute delay between when an order is placed and when it is sent to the warehouse. This delay allows time for you, your team, or any applications to make changes ahead of the order being sent to the warehouse.

You can review your Order delay time in the Airhouse Fulfillment Settings dashboard. If you would like to increase your store delay, please reach out to your Airhouse Account Manager.

Requirements to Fulfill an Order

When deciding what orders to fulfill, Airhouse considers the following criteria:

Airhouse only considers products with a valid SKU that are marked for fulfillment, products not marked for fulfillment are not considered in the partial shipment determination.

The Order list will display different product tags depending on their status.

<aside> ⚠️ NOTE: If a product listing is marked Active in Shopify, it will continue to sell regardless of if it’s selected for fulfillment in Airhouse. If you do not want to sell a specific product, ensure it is not active in Shopify.
