In "Shipping to", you have all destinations included in your shipping zones.
Shipping methods are set up in the "Shipping" settings in Squarespace. Squarespace allows you to control which methods are shown to customers by shipping zone destination.

There are a few steps you can take to verify rates are correctly configured.
Starting with your shipping methods:
Check that all rate names match the table here.
In "Shipping to", you have all destinations included in your shipping zones.
Once the rates are configured, we recommend sending a test order (keeping in mind price, or destination and weight depending on your conditions) to see what your customers would be offered.
You can check which shipping method was selected on orders that have already been placed, along with the Shopify calculated order weight (weight of items + packaging).
